We had the distinct privilege of hosting our debut Luxury Wedding Vendor Workshop in the idyllic location of Killarney, Ireland at the historic Cahernane House Hotel. Surrounded by Kerry’s most incredible Macgillycuddy Reek mountains and a culture rich with personality and history, 18 Wedding Planners, Photographers and other exclusive Wedding professionals came together to connect in an intentional and authentic way.
The goals of the Ireland Experience were to provide education to vendors experienced in or looking to break into the luxury destination market from some of the top professionals worldwide, to provide the opportunity to garner content abroad in a luxury destination environment and to network and develop meaningful relationships with likeminded industry partners.
Guests were greeted with Champagne and an expert educator moment by co-hosts Taryn Stark Wyant and Danielle Sabbag then escorted to the enviable Cellar Bar for a lavish Welcome Dinner complete with a live Celtic music performance and an Irish whiskey tasting. The following day was aflush with a Site Visit exploration of the Cahernane House Hotel and two expert educator moments, followed by a carriage ride through the lauded Killarney National Park. The evening concluded with a full Rehearsal Dinner “Murder Mystery” in the castle like venue. The final day began with luxury destination Head Shots and an expert education moment by former Vogue photographer, Sandra Aberg, before an Irish group lesson in Falconry. The crown jewel of the Ireland Experience was the final night’s Editorial Shoot with a full Ceremony and Dinner Reception setup, which served as the ambiance for the group’s Farewell Dinner.

Between the company, the activities we did, and even the meals, I can’t wait to do it again in Hawaii next May! I even booked my largest planning experience to date a week after the workshop. Well worth the time and investment.”
