I used to joke throughout the wedding planning process that the best thing about my wedding, with the exception of my husband, was Taryn. Now that it is all said and done with, I know that to be especially true. My wedding was magical. It was breathtaking, grandiose, and ornate, yet equally intimate, inviting, personal and unique. There were so many details, little and big that created this fairytale day that my husband and I will cherish forever, which was all single-handedly made possible by Taryn. My wedding day was the least stressed I had ever been in the planning process, which is saying something for a person who typically worries without cause, again, single-handedly because of Taryn. People would ask me leading up to the wedding if I was stressed of which my response was, “No, because Taryn.” Throughout the entire planning process, Taryn was pragmatic, practical, problem-solving, and reassuring. I was never one of those brides who dreamed about her wedding day growing up so you can imagine that I essentially had no idea what I wanted for the big day. Through multiple conversations, Taryn took these little snippets and tidbits of information I had shared in passing and created this beautiful, ornate, whimsical and bohemian vision that I didn’t even know existed or that I had. As destination weddings go, you are putting a lot of trust in the people who are on scene to orchestrate and cultivate your event as many of times you will not have the opportunity to see these things in the flesh until the day of. Your trust is well deserved and appropriately placed in Taryn. As is true for life in general, things will go wrong to some degree or deviate slightly from the plan during the wedding planning process but having a good planner, and one that you trust can make all the world of a difference. That was exactly the truth in my case when unforeseen issues or circumstances arose, so too did Taryn, and in each case, I ended up with a better result than had been originally planned. She was a problem solver, and solution-driven when obstacles did arise, but meticulous and detail-oriented in her planning that very few actually did. I could honestly keep going, but I won't. If you are looking for a reliable, stress-free, option for your destination wedding, I would 100 percent hire Taryn.
